  • Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

    A:

    Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination. UK delivery charge costs £7.95. EU and other worldwide destinations costs £16.95.

  • Q: How long will it take until I get my order?

    A:

    UK orders will be delivered next day. EU orders will take 2 - 4 days and other worldwide destinations will take between 2 - 10 days. Currently, We do not ship to the USA.

  • Q: What happens if I am not home to sign for my order?

    A: The delivery person will leave a slip or card at your delivery address and you can pick your order up from the local post depot or post office that is servicing your area.

  • Q: What payment methods are accepted?

    A: We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payment by wire transfer to our bank.

  • Q: How secure is ordering from the Internet?

    A:

    All purchases made via the https. For your security we are using SSL Encryption (Secure Socket Layer). This technology encrypts all communication between the sites secured pages and your computer making it safe to submit personal and credit card information. We have chosen to use 256bit (stronger) encryption. This simply means that we are using one of the best, most secured encryption currently available.

  • Q: Your privacy policy covers the issue of fraud. How is fraud defined?

    Fraud is defined by some of but not limited to the following scenarios: Non-payment of shipped orders Using a third party credit card without cardholder’s consent, writing bad checks, cancelling cheques for shipped orders, providing false contact information, requesting charge-back or reversal of credit card charges for orders that have been duly referred by us and shipped.

  • Q: How do you ship? What carrier is used?

    A: We ship daily Mondays - Fridays. Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following business day. We use all the leading forwarding services depending on where you are. All orders are sent using a fully tracked service and you will be sent a tracking number so you can track your goods all the way from dispatch to arrival.
